New Low Cost Plastic Pumps For OEM Applications

This high quality, low cost, Vanton thermoplastic pump for corrosive chemicals or ultrapure fluids is designed specifically for Original Equipment Manufacturers. Suitable for use with any standard C-Face motor, these SGW vertical centrifugal pumps permit simple washdown of the sealed motor area without motor burnout or the danger of contaminating the product.

Models are available in homogeneous polypropylene or PVDF construction, with 2, 3 or 5 HP motors, for flows to 220 GPM, heads to 125 feet and temperatures to 275†F. The pumps are suitable for sump depths from 17 to 25 inches.

Applications include scrubbing of hazardous or toxic fumes, odor control and other environmental services, computer chip and wafer fabrication, printed circuit board manufacturing, electroplating, metal cleaning, acid pickling, and other operations requiring relatively low-volume pumping of corrosive fluids.
